- Experience of and ability to handle a large varied Housing Disrepair caseload.
- Experience and knowledge of civil procedure rules, in particular the Housing Disrepair pre-action protocol.
- Experience of instructing Counsel.
- Computer literate, experience of Visual Files would be useful.
- Organised and meticulous.
