Salary Range: £45,000 to £65,000

About The firm:
CRA Consulting is a specialist legal recruitment agency and we are proud to be working with one of our clients to recruit an Operations manager for their team. The role will be working out of the Head office in Sheffield but will require travel to other sites across the north of England.
The Role:
As a Legal Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of their legal practices, ensuring operational efficiency and the highest levels of service delivery. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team, optimising operational processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and profitability across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations across multiple legal sites, ensuring seamless service delivery.
-Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
-Implement operational best practices and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
-Liaise with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the firm's goals.
-Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve targets.
-Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations across all operations.
-Manage budgets and financial planning to maximise profitability and resource allocation.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in Legal Operations management or a similar role within the legal sector.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team across multiple locations.
-Excellent organisational and strategic planning abilities.
-In-depth understanding of the legal industry and its regulatory environment.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
