The Job:
We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Legal PA in their Commercial Property Team, in their offices based in Central Bristol - hybrid working is available for this role (2 days in the office)
In this role you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative activities which will help to provide excellent support to their Property lawyers and their clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications including email, phone and post
- Liaise with our lawyers and clients to provide administrative support
- Schedule travel
- Plan events
- Administrative support across the Property PA team
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone with:
- Ideally previous PA or Secretarial or administration experience gained in a law firm
- Excellent communication, organisational and team skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
