The candidate- Providing PA support to Senior Associates and Partners
- Being the first point of contact for the department managing internal and external queries
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and other departments as and when required
- Booking meetings, preparing paperwork, and taking minutes
- Arranging travel itineraries for senior partners
- Email, document, and electronic file management
- Providing support with additional ad hoc duties
