Are you a Junior Legal Secretary/Legal Secretary with an allocation of Fee Earners that you support directly and are looking for the next natural step up?
My client, a leading multi-service Law Firm in the city are seeking a Legal Secretary (2nd jobber) to support a friendly, manageable Partner along with a fee Associates within the Litigation & Investigations department.
A key requirement for this role is previous Litigation experience as a Junior Legal Secretary / Legal Secretary within a law firm.
Salary is generously up to £46,000 and you can work from home 2 days per week!
The typical daily duties include:
- Diary organisation
- Travel arrangements
- Assist with bill preparation
- Digital dictation
- Process new business intake forms
- Create binders for trial
The minimum experience to be considered for this role is 2 years.
