SalaryA highly reputable law firm based within Dudley are seeking an experienced, organised, adaptable legal PA on a full time, permanent basis. If you have solid secretarial or PA experience, preferably within property, a flexible approach to work and a keen eye for detail, this may be the opportunity for you!
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be working to provide first class support to the senior team within the business. Your duties could include but are not limited to tasks such as complex diary management, travel arrangements, organising meetings, co-ordinating workflow, liaising with clients, screening calls and ensuring billing is completed.
You will have solid PA experience, preferably within a legal or professional services setting, a methodical and organised approach to work and excellent communication skills, you will also have strong IT skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
