SalaryWe are working with a highly rated law firm in Brighton, who are seeking a Legal PA / Secretary to join their team.
To be successful, you will need prior secretarial experience from a Disputes / Commercial Litigation background. Furthermore, you will need excellent time management and prioritisation skills, as well as top-rate communication skills.
Duties will consist of:
- Diary Management.
- Maintaining files (keeping them up-to-date).
- Typing.
- Billing.
- Preparing correspondence.
- Liaising with the relevant people via email, telecoms, or letters.
