Legal PA/Secretary in Private Client & Family - £44,000

Friendly Mid-size London firm with over 200 staff has an involved PA hybrid role handing sale and purchases of High-end properties in London and the south east. You will be working within a dynamic, responsive team, servicing UHNW clients domiciled here and abroad.

Duties will include Assisting with general conveyancing matters and being familiar with the conveyancing stages and process. Pre-completion and Post-completion assistance (letters and notice of transfer and charge etc.) Liaising with the Land Registry (land registry direct), Local councils and Search Agencies (using online search engines like Searchflow) Drafting completion and financial statements Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms on line Drafting basic conveyancing forms (TR1, AP1, DS1, RX1 etc) administrative tasks including printing, copying, faxing and filing.

GOOD LEGAL SECRETARIAL, PA EXPERIENCE IN A LAW FIRM NEEDED.
