Rate: Umbrella, indicate hourly rate sought
The large majority of the role will be remote however there may be occasion to attend the office although this will be infrequent e.g. for the bi-monthly team meeting. In addition, the initial training will be in person in the office but that should not last more than 3 days with the remainder of the training being accessed remotely.
Legal Practitioner providing support to at least two solicitors with child and adult safeguarding work.
Role includes liaising with the court and parties, obtaining witness statements, liaising with experts, preparing electronic court bundles.
The successful candidate will be supporting with Child/Adult Safeguarding work however there will be no direct contact with children or vulnerable adults therefore a DBS is not required
