£17 per hour (umbrella)

Full Time Contract ( 6 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Legal Practitioner in Nottinghamshire. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:

• To act on behalf of the customers in legal proceedings and to attend and advise at meetings both internal and external, as required
• To escalate issues that may impact upon service delivery as appropriate
• Providing paralegal support to solicitors in the contracts and commercial team
• Preparing contracts/deeds for signing and managing legal completions

The candidate:

• Experience in a similar role in the public sector is essential

• Experience with commercial contracts is essential

• A degree in law is preferable

• Must be able to attend the office occasionally when in-person presence is required
