Legal Receptionist - 6 Month Ftc

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our prestigious US Law firm client as a Legal Receptionist on an initial 4-6 Month FTC working within a fantastic team of 3.  You will be the face of the firm, delivering a 5 star service to visitors and existing staff.

Up to £33,000 per annum

10am – 6pm

Legal Receptionist key responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner, and notifying appropriate firm members of visitor’s arrival
• Assisting in making visitors comfortable until greeted by party with whom they are scheduled to meet and directing / escorting visitors to appropriate meeting room or area
• Answering incoming and intra-office telephone calls, answers routine questions, and routes or re-routes calls to appropriate person or area.
• Receiving reservation requests from legal and non-legal staff for conference room and/or visitor room use
• Ensuring  that conference rooms are supplied with requested food and beverage items
• Coordinating event and meeting requirements with food service personnel, external caterers, audio-visual personnel and other necessary staff to process requests

Key Requirements for the Legal Receptionist:

• 18 months reception experience within a professional services organisation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to organise and prioritise multiple assignments
