Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our clients growing firm in the Cambridgeshire area. The successful candidate will provide first class administrative, secretarial and typing support to the fee earners whilst helping to foster and develop the firms strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Typing and transcribing documents and correspondence
- File management on case management system
- Administrative tasks
- File opening, closing, and archiving
- Liaising with clients and keeping them updated as required
- Managing mail, emails and fax
- Fee earner time recording and billing
- Legal secretary with at least one years’ experience
- IT literate
- Accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm
- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Effective time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
