Salary: circa £23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary? Is it time to look for a new role or think about a change? Are you keen to be working with a professional, friendly and supportive legal environment?
We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary, ideally with Private Client experience, however if not, a Legal Secretary with an interest to work in this space, to join our client's professional team in their Stirling office.
The role will be busy, varied and rewarding. Day to day duties will include:
- Providing document production and audio typing support for the team
- Draft documents, agreements and other legal documents
- Manage the daily and weekly workloads
- Opening and closing client files
- Maintaining the filing and recording system
- Organise meetings, manage diaries and liasing with clients as required
- Dealing with incoming calls are required

This role is office based, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This client may consider part time working hours, if this suits your personal circumstances better.
