We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Legal Secretary to join a well-known organisation on a temporary basis, based in Newcastle City Centre.
Working Monday to Friday 0900-1700, our client can be flexible around start and finish times, and you have the option to work this role full time in the office, at home or hybrid.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals and teams
- Manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Winscribe or similar legal transcription software
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or similar role is desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
