Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll provide essential administrative and organisational support, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence (audio typing and MS Office skills)
• Maintain client files and databases
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external contacts
• Organise meetings and take minutes

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally with private client and/or conveyancing exposure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
