Form of workAn opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a fantastic law firm in Stafford. This is a full-time permanent role that offers variety in a friendly and supportive working environment.
Our client is seeking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join the team. You will assist many of the teams including Private Client, Family, Conveyancing and Business Support, along with audio typing, general administrative duties and reception cover.
- To be considered for this role you must have legal secretarial experience – audio typing is essential along with strong administrative skills
- You do not need to have had experience as a float secretary but experience of working in different departments would be beneficial
- Communication skills are important so experience answering phones and providing a high level of customer service is key!
This role offers variety, covering many of the departments and will offer a challenge for someone looking to step away from supporting the same department consistently. You will learn and develop new skills and will be supported by a wonderful firm!
