A client within the legal industry, based in Wokingham, are looking for a Legal Secretary.
To excel in this position, you will have a relevant degree or equivalent work experience, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities as the Legal Secretary:
- Manage and organise filing systems
- Organise and attend meetings when necessary
- Prepare, draft and proofread legal documents and reports
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
- Answering calls, emails, and letters
- Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service at all times
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to handle a large amount of work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A basic understanding of conveyancing (whether this is gained from a degree or work experience)
- A relevant degree with admin or customer service working experience, or equivalent Legal Secretary work experience
