Our client, a leading law firm based in Ilford, UK, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services, is currently seeking a talented Legal Secretary to join their esteemed Commercial Property Team. As a key member, you'll provide vital support to attorneys and contribute to the department's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with commercial sale and purchase transactions.
- Produce key documents, including completion statements.
- Greet visitors and handle inquiries.
- Manage outgoing post and filing systems.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a Commercial Property department.
- Proficiency in audio and copy typing.
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
