One of the leading firms in the region is looking for a Legal Secretary to join this high-end property team. You will be supporting 2-3 senior fee-earners so this role would be great for someone with previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant who is now looking to join an established business.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:
- Liaising with clients over the phone, email and in person
- Opening and closing case files
- Typing Dictation
- Diary management and other administrative tasks such as arranging of appointments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in conveyancingrequired
- Experience of opening and closing files
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills
