Role Responsibilities
My client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support the fee earners within the property department. Your main responsibilities include:
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Diary management
- Digital, audio and copy typing
- File management
- Handling incoming calls
- Liaising with clients and third parties

Person Specification
We are actively seeking applications from experienced Secretaries, ideally with a background in the legal sector. You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong IT and typing skills with experience using BigHand
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Friendly and approachable
- Client focused
- Team player
