£23,000 to £27,000 dependent upon experience and ability plus the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus

We are recruiting for a Permanent Legal Secretary for a Legal law firm in Basingstoke. If you have experience as a Legal Secretary in the legal field, we would love to hear from you.

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a Private Client Department
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to learn new systems
• Audio typing experience is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a vibrant team

• Assisting senior solicitors with day-to-day file management
• Typing correspondence and documents
• Arranging and diarising client appointments
• Managing email correspondence and assisting with client queries
• Supporting general compliance and file administration tasks
