SalaryThis highly successful and well-established solicitors is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary on a temporary basis to start immediately. The role is paying up to £13.00 per hour and is ongoing on a week-to-week basis, working in fantastic offices in Bolton.
What will you be doing as a Legal Secretary?Working for a partner, you will carry out work in the Family and Care department. The role will include: Digital audio transcription Answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries Organising and coordinating diaries, meetings, conferences and travel arrangements Taking, typing and distributing minutes of meetings Handling incoming mail and other material as directed Maintaining filing systems and databases
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous Legal Secretarial experience within Family or Care. A competent and accurate audio typist Comfortable using Word, Excel and an Outlook diary
