Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in Property Litigation? If so, our client is keen to speak with you. They are hiring for a dynamic role supporting their Property Litigation team based in London. As a vital member of the team, you'll provide crucial secretarial and administrative assistance to a Partner and solicitor, ensuring the smooth operation of client services.
What You'll Do:
- Handle monthly billing and file management tasks efficiently.
- Assist colleagues in the Dispute Resolution department during busy periods.
- Contribute to the success of our business through your commercial awareness and proactive approach.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in Property Litigation within a similar environment is essential.
- Strong numeracy skills and familiarity with legal billing processes.
- Excellent IT skills, including typing and proficiency in MS Office.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
