About the Role: In this role, you will be supporting a small department of two with various administrative and paralegal duties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
- Handling client inquiries and correspondence.
- Opening and managing client files.
- Preparing and sending out documents to clients.
- Performing general administrative tasks similar to those of a Legal Secretary.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or Legal Secretary role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Proficiency with office software and legal documentation.
