Position: Legal Secretary - Private Client
Location: Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
We are a reputable law firm looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to support our private client practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client work and be adept at providing high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dictation typing.
- Managing client files and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining attorney calendars.
- Assisting with the preparation of wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, particularly in private client work.
- Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
