CV Screen is recruiting for a Legal Secretary for a well-established law firm.  The role is office based in Stockport and a salary of up to £25,000 is available.
ROLE DETAILS
Your role as a Legal Secretary will see you work as part of a brilliant busy criminal team, providing support to the Head of Crime plus 3 Fee Earners.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-          General secretarial duties, i.e. administrative task, appointment scheduling, file management on the CMS

-          Liaise with clients, external agents, police stations, barristers, courts etc

-          Assist the Fee Earners in preparation of court bundles etc

-          Typing using Digital Dictation software within the CMS

-          Cover reception/answer incoming calls as and when required

REQUIRED SKILLS:

The Legal Secretary will have the majority of the following experience:

-          Previous experience in a similar role as a Legal Secretary for a law firm ideally with experience in criminal sector.

-          Strong administrative abilities, including appointment scheduling and digital dictation.

-          Professional and discreet with a strong understanding of confidentiality requirements.

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £25,000
