Legal Secretary/Pa

This dynamic law firm with offices across the world is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary/PA for its Banking & Finance team in London, based in stunning offices with spectacular views of the City.

You will be working closely with the Secretarial Manager supporting a Partner and Associate.

Duties include:

• Answer, screen and prioritise incoming calls
• Mailbox management as required
• Diary management including arranging client/internal meetings and conference calls in multiple time zones
• Coordinate, compile, organise and prepare materials for meetings and clients
• Booking taxis and venues for drinks, lunch and dinner
• Arrange international and domestic travel using the firm’s travel company and compiling a travel itinerary
• Process expenses/reimbursements
• Enter time for fee earners in a timely manner
• Perform conflict checks for new clients and submit new file matter openings
• Liaise with the accounts department regarding client billing and matters relating to collection drive
• General office administration including printing, sending post and couriers and maintaining electronic and paper filings
• General document production and word processing

Experience in a law firm required, together with excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good communication skills, both written and in person.
