Sales Executive - ALL warm leads, NO COLD CALLING!

If you like Sales and the commission that comes with it but don't like COLD CALLING, this could be the job for you! This Telesales Consultant role has been created due to continued growth. You will be working within an International professional services Business, contacting our existing UK clients who have made an enquiry within the last 24 hours and spreading the word about additional services they have not yet signed up for. This is a great opportunity for Money hungry, driven sales professionals looking for a new challenge and progression! What you need:

  • Confidence in speaking with clients (for example Business owners, HR Managers)
  • Fantastic listening skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • B2B experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards sales targets
  • Strong customer service experience is a crucial skillset
  • Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature

Day to day responsibilities as a Sales Executive:

  • Following up on warm leads, calling Face2Face business prospects. The data to be called will all be warm leads (i.e., current clients, who have called within the last 24 hours with an active issue).
  • To reach a minimum of 2 hours talk-time per day, i.e., actual time spent actively contacting and speaking to prospects.
  • Updating internal systems with accurate information
  • Working within a team focused environment
