Requirements for the Role
- City and Guilds qualification in Legionella Risk Assessing.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
- A full UK driving licence is necessary for consideration.
- Strong knowledge of technical regulations, including Water Supply Regulations/Byelaws, L8 ACOP, HSG274, and any other relevant guidance.
- Ability to prioritize, be organised, and self-motivated.
- Ability to travel around the North London region
Responsibilities as a Legionella Risk Assessor:
- Draw schematic diagrams.
- Provide technical support as required.
- Undertake remedial works as quoted.
- Conduct PPM service visits using appropriate tools and systems.
- Maintain accurate site L8 logbooks.
- Complete Legionella Risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274, both manually and electronically.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of Legionella Risk Assessment paperwork and reports within agreed KPI timescales.
