Our Leisure Centres aim to provide services, projects and activities that deliver positive experiences to a wide range of people. We Focus on utilising sport, physical activity and active lifestyle-based approaches to positively impact the well-being of a wide range of individuals.
As a Leisure Assistant, you will be helping with the responsibilities and operations of the day to day running of the centre. You will be undertaking a variety of roles as required to meet operational needs, resolving customer queries and keeping the centre clean and tidy.
We are looking for an energetic individual with outstanding communication skills, driven by a strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well and remain calm in high-pressure situations. An understanding of Health and Safety principals and procedures alongside general knowledge of Leisure Centre operations and activities will be essential.
As a casual worker, you'll have no fixed hours and will work on an as-needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council's requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
