Leisure Attendant - Plg

Gateshead Council are currently recruiting to several roles across Blaydon, Dunston, and Heworth Leisure Centres

If you hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification with an up-to-date training record you could become a pool lifeguard within our facilities.

You will be required to supervise the pool in a lifeguard capacity to ensure the safety of all employees and customer and provide an excellent experience to leisure customers by carrying out duties such as preparing activity areas for customers, carrying out equipment checks and maintaining the presentation of the leisure facility.

It is essential that you have knowledge of customer needs within the leisure industry. Effective communication skills, team working, and customer service skills are also essential.
