SalaryA very well established client of ours is on the look out for a SENIOR RELATIONSHIP DIRECTOR to lead the expansion of their Development Finance business:
This specialist lender is 30 + year business providing bridging loans, overdrafts and residential development finance to the property industry, business community and home-owners.
They are seeking a team leader, an experienced property lending professional who will report at Board level, to lead and grow the rresidential development finance activity.
It is a role which will require considerable energy, experience and vision, and both sales and credit ability to:
- Cement the existing client relationships to capture their future development finance opportunities.
- Expand the client group both directly and in co-operation with the sales team and their introducers.
- Review and analyse new opportunities and provide a pre-credit opinion.
- Refine the credit process in liaison with the credit team and underwriters.
- Maintain an ongoing watching brief and relationship with the developer clients in liaison with the asset managers.
