Salary: £25,000-£28,000 + OTE up to £32,000 - Company car provided
Location: Chester
Our client Independent and growing business based in Chester and they are looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer/Negotiator to join their busy and friendly team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
- Generating and conducting Lettings Valuations
- Business generation - creating opportunities to increase the portfolio
- Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
- Ensuring consistent delivery of high levels of customer service
- Registering candidates
- Conducting Lettings viewings
- Handling offers, negotiations and queries between Landlords and Tenants
- dealing with all Lettings progression
- Staying up to date with current legislation
Previous Lettings experience is a must including valuation experience. The i deal candidate will know Chester and the surrounding areas.
