Role Responsibilities:

• Manage communications with landlords, tenants, contractors, addressing property maintenance and compliance concerns.
• Administer tenancy creation and engage in tenant viewings
• Lead inspections, create inventories, and conduct end of tenancy inspections.
• Collaborate with both tenants and landlords to facilitate the return of security deposits.

• Holds a full UK driving license, has their own car, and is familiar with the local area.

Previous experience in lettings is advantageous but not essential. Comprehensive training and development opportunities will be provided.
