Lettings Administration Assistant and Reception for Extended School Day
37 hours per week: Monday - Thursday 10.00am - 6.00pm Friday 10.00am - 5.30pm
Term-time plus 14 days distributed over the school holiday periods
Grade 4: £23,500 - £23,893 pa pro-rata
(£19,794 - £20,125 pa for 37 hours p/w)
Millais is a ‘good provider’ (Ofsted 2022) 11-16 girls’ comprehensive school in which the students are eager to learn and expect to be challenged in all areas of the curriculum.
We are seeking to appoint a conscientious, efficient and resourceful lettings administrator to provide a high standard of professional administrative support and customer service to external clients and guests utilising the on-site facilities and contributing to the efficient and effective administration of the school.
Essential skills and qualifications include •
5 passes (A*-C) at GCSE or NVQ Level 2, or equivalent experience •
high level administration skills
• excellent communication skills
• excellent skills in using ICT including Microsoft Excel and Word
• ability to work on own initiative
• good level of literacy, numeracy
