SALARY £23-25,000 DOE £24-26,000 OTE
My client has an exciting opportunity for a LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR to join their very busy lettings department. They are looking for a strong administrator to oversee all administration for the lettings team.
Main duties include:
- Setting up new tenancies, creating paper and electronic files
- Referencing of new tenants
- Ensuring properties and landlords are compliant
- Registering applicants and carrying out accompanied viewings
- Liaising with clients and dealing with general queries
- General office duties such as filing
- Any additional assistance to support the team
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle
- Motivated team player
- Commitment to providing high levels of service at all times
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- ARLA qualified preferred, but support will be provided if you have not achieved the qualification yet.
