Lettings Administrator - Leamington Spa - up to £26k
My client is a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive business in the Leamington area. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join this busy office.
Main Duties to include:
- Accounts administration tasks as required
- General property management administration relating to certification / accounts
- Process administration for lettings function - sending out contracts, maintaining database / spreadsheet information
- Chasing clients in relation to rent payments, certification, deposits etc
- Any other adhoc administration required for the company
Essential Skills Required:
- Lettings Administration experience
- Great Customer Service skills
- Organisation skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Articulate
- IT literate
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
