Location: Trowbridge
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Pro Rata (Dependent on experience)
Hours: 3-5 days per week dependent on candidate preference
Our client requires a strong Coordinator to join their small, independent Lettings and Block Management Agency based in Trowbridge.
A driving license and use of own car is required .
The Role
* Arranging maintenance at let properties and managed blocks from small repairs to large, planned maintenance projects
* Attending AGM's, writing up minutes for circulating ensuring action points are carried out
* Scheduling fire management servicing and electrical test and gas and electrical certification
* Arrange Buildings and DAO insurance when due
* Visiting properties and Blocks on a regular basis, reporting to the Landlord/Directors
* Scheduling rent increases
* Budgeting
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate would ideally have:
* Experience and a good understanding of property management
* The ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent organisation skills
* Experience in using Microsoft Office packages
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* A willingness to be flexible and to occasionally work outside office hours to fulfil the role
* Xero experience preferrable
