A Estate Agency Business with roots in New Build Homes are looking for a strong character with experience in growing a rental portfolio in Manchester City Centre.
You will be responsible for both creating new opportunities, along with managing and developing new landlord enquiries received into new instructions and ultimately new business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the property market in Manchester and Salford and possess excellent valuation skills.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with property owners and potential sellers to build strong relationships and secure instructions for the agency.
* Conduct property valuations with accuracy, considering market trends and property conditions.
* Create compelling property listings with high-quality descriptions and images to attract renters.
* Provide expert advice to clients regarding property market conditions, pricing, and sales strategies.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure effective property promotion.
* Stay updated with industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
