Job Title: Lettings Branch Manager

Job Location: Nottingham

Salary: £25,000- £45,000 OTE

The Role:

Our client is seeking an accomplished Lettings Branch Manager to seamlessly integrate within their thriving and dynamic Lettings team. The role presents a rewarding opportunity for an accomplished professional to join a respected agency and contribute to its ongoing success within the vibrant lettings industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and Operations: Oversee the efficient operations of the lettings team, ensuring seamless execution of all tasks and operations within the branch.
  • Organising Subcontractors: Manage and book subcontractors to carry out inspections and inventory checks.
  • Property Listing: Assist the team with some listings.
  • Strategic Business Development: Contribute actively to drive the business forward by identifying new opportunities, implementing strategies, and fostering growth.
  • Team Leadership and Motivation: Inspire, guide, and motivate the team towards achieving exceptional performance, maintaining high morale and a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Regularly communicate with and provide insightful reports to the business owners, fostering transparency and sharing key insights.
  • Optimising Business Prospects: Actively identify and capitalise on all potential business prospects, ensuring maximal utilisation of available opportunities.

Key Requirements & Experience:

  • Lettings Branch Management: Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Lettings industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Successfully managed a sizeable lettings team, showcasing exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
  • Industry Expertise: While an ARLA qualification is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement. However, a comprehensive understanding of the lettings industry is essential.
  • Exemplary Leadership Skills: A role model in leadership, displaying the ability to lead by example and inspire a team to achieve their highest potential.
  • Proficiency: Possesses a strong and comprehensive understanding of lettings, coupled with the ability to perform exceptionally even under high-pressure scenarios.
  • Attention to Detail: Upholds a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all facets of operations.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication, facilitating clear and effective interaction with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: Proactive in approach, identifying and addressing challenges with resourcefulness and innovation.
  • Professionalism: Prior experience in a fast-paced lettings agency environment, demonstrating a consistently professional demeanour.
