Job Description: As a Lettings Consultant, you will play a crucial role in their team, working with residential properties to provide exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include negotiating offers with landlords, conducting property viewings, and following up with leads. You will be at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and manage client appointments.
• Negotiate offers and terms with landlords and tenants.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a robust client database.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed set targets and objectives within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Consultant.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
