Job Title: Property Coordinator (Lettings)
Location: Bristol
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Our client is a rapidly expanding letting agency located in Bristol, and they are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Property Coordinator in Lettings.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the growing organisation, taking on responsibilities related to lettings negotiating, pre-tenancy, and various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lettings Negotiating: Actively engage with potential tenants and landlords to negotiate and secure successful property lettings.
- Pre-Tenancy Duties: Oversee pre-tenancy processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met for a smooth and efficient tenancy process.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and organise administrative tasks related to property coordination, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ideally, candidates will be ARLA qualified; however, training will be provided after the probation period for those who are not already certified.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the property or lettings sector is valuable.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role, Bristol.
Standard working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Mileage paid for any necessary travel.
