SalaryWe are looking for a Property Inspector to support the property management team. You'll be responsible for attending a portfolio of properties to assess and report on their conditions. You will be required to take photos of properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection report to be created for the tenants and landlords involved. This role is full time, Monday – Friday with travel to sites across Wakefield, therefore you must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
What are we looking for?
- Full, UK clean driving licence and car
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Impressive attention to detail - with an eye to note all features, issues and any damage within properties
- Somebody who is proactive, versatile and self-assured with a positive can-do attitude
- Somebody who can remain calm and focused when working in a pressured, reactive and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working within property industry (desirable)
