Temporary Lettings & Maintenance Co-ordinator – York
One of the largest and most successful student letting agents in York, who pride themselves on their excellent customer service are now on the hunt for a Lettings & Maintenance Co-ordinator on a temporary basis.
The firm have a close-knit team, who are committed to providing exceptional customer service, which is at the heart of everything we do.
The position is temporary from May 2024 to September 2025, with the possibility of extension thereafter.
What you’ll be doing
- Daily responsibilities encompass tasks across the maintenance, lettings, and accounts departments
- Handling general day-to-day admin duties covering maintenance, lettings, and accounts
- Completing Licensing Applications and maintaining window displays
- Organising and conducting property viewings, including key management
- Handling council tax, utility bills, and tenant replacement processes
- Assisting in prioritising work for maintenance workers and contractors
- Conducting various appointments out of the office, such as viewings and inspections
What you will have
- Previous experience working within property maintenance
- Complaints handling and customer service experience
- Strong administration
- Full UK Drivers Licence
