Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established and market leading client who seek a Lettings Manager to join their busy team in the Frome area.
What you will be doing:
In this key, hands-on role, your duties will include the following :
Key Responsibilities :
Management of the branch and team to ensure a smooth lettings and management service to their landlords and tenantsDay to day duties including dealing with a range of individuals including landlords, tenants as well as internal departments in person / via emailResponsibility for arranging and conducting viewingsProcessing new applicant details including referencingProduction of a range of documents including tenancy agreements/inventories etcResponsibility for budgeting and managing targetsStaff management, training, development and appraisals What you will need to succeed:
Proven residential lettings experience is essentialManagement experience is preferableStrong administration and IT skills including MS Office and CRM systemsFirst rate customer service and problem solving skillsARLA qualification desirable although not essentialDue to the nature of the role, your own transport is essentialWhat you will receive in return :
