Lettings Manager:
* Manage and develop the lettings department
* Finessing the existing processes to ensure that instruction - marketing - letting - tenancy start date is a smooth, quick transition.
* Ensuring monthly let & income targets are consistently hit
* Attending valuations and delivering new instructions
* Managing the "Properties To Market" and "Properties On The Market" systems to ensure your team are consistently performing.
* Carrying out monthly 1-2-1s with your team, flagging areas to improve and setting monthly targets
* Ensuring your team are consistently communicating with clients
* Coordinating weekly/daily meetings with your team
* Increase management portfolio through organic instructions
