As a Lettings Manager or Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities, conducting property matches, and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities include:
Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities
Scheduling property viewings and registering applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
Achieving personal and branch targets
Negotiating tenancies and representing the company professionally
Building strong relationships with local property owners.
