Job description

An excellent Lettings Manager has been created for an international prestigious consultancy client based in London. Our client, a very fast growth business has been featured in numerous newspapers and recognised to be at the forefront of this industry.

The company is in a strong position and extremely profitable.

A significant number of properties will be within Zone 1.

A truly excellent role for a candidate wishing to join the company on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a Lettings Manager with experience of managing the lettings of several superprime central London properties

  • The client has added 80 properties to its portfolio in the last 8-12 months.

  • Candidates must have very good experience of the residential lettings market and tenancy renewals in Central London
  • ARLA Propertymark qualifications or equivalent are required
  • Experience of working with high end residential required.
  • As the Lettings Manager for some of London's finest properties you will be dealing with high-net-worth tenants responsibilities will include...

The marketing and letting process on your portfolio:

  • Selecting agents and instructing valuations
  • Ensuring all documentation for compliance and successful letting of the portfolio is dealt with efficiently

Negotiating and progressing tenancy renewals:

  • Manage the tenancy renewals on your portfolio
  • Draft and prepare tenancy agreements
  • Register tenant deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Assess and approve monthly rent reviews liaising with the team
  • Instruct inventory check in and check outs
  • Complete termination procedures at end of tenancy including the return of deposit

Handle queries from tenants throughout their tenancy:

  • Act as residential representative for your portfolio
  • Attend resident association meetings - all properties are close to the office
  • Acting in a professional manner in all dealings with advisers, contractors, tenants and the public

Candidates must have:

  • Very good experience of the residential lettings market and tenancy renewals in Central London
  • Experience with a high net worth portfolio
  • An excellent track record in Lettings Portfolio Management
  • A thorough understanding of current residential lettings legislation with ARLA Propertymark qualifications
  • Excellent people skills
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess sound numerical and IT skills to include MS packages and experience of property management software

WORK FROM HOME:

The client is undergoing significant growth, they do not feel working from home is right for them at this time, this may change in the future, but the successful candidates needs to bear in mind that this is working from the office Monday to Friday from the office. 9-6pm
