Lettings Manager / Valuer - Lichfield - Salary Negotiable
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings professional to join this leading, independent Estate Agency brand who have just launched their Lettings Department. They are looking for an experienced person with all round Lettings knowledge to take charge and grow the lettings side. Initially you will be responsible for the whole lettings process including business generation, carrying out valuations, viewings, dealing with applications and move ins and overseeing property management. This is a great opportunity for someone to take charge and grow this department and they are offering a very competitive salary for the right candidate and a possible partnership.
Main Duties for the Lettings Role:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the lettings department, ensuring compliance
Business generation and conducting market appraisals to gain completed client instructions
- Carry out viewings, negotiating lets and dealing with applications
- Preparing move ins
- Property inspections and dealing with any maintenance issues
Key Skills Required for the Lettings Role:
- Lettings experience essential
- A good understanding of Lettings legislation ideally ARLA qualified
- Have a proven track record with knowledge and experience of developing an established brand throughout a local market.
