Our clients are a well-established and award-winning estate agency who are searching for a proactive and driven Manager to lead the already high performing team to new heights.
The role:
- Responsibilities involve valuing properties, managing a team, and expanding market share.
- Ideal for someone passionate about acquiring new business, fostering business relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic salary: GBP28,000 - GBP35,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- OTE (On Target Earnings): GBP55,000

Requirements for Senior Lettings Manager role:
- Full UK Driving License and personal vehicle
- Prior managerial experience in lettings and valuation
- ARLA Qualification preferred (though not mandatory)
- Demonstrated results-driven approach with a solid track record
- Strong work ethic aimed at surpassing set targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Capacity to attract new clientele to the business
- Skilled in understanding and meeting customer needs and preferences
